(Effective from the start of the 1997/1998 season)

1. Code of Conduct
Every Member shall conduct himself at all times in a sportsmanlike, moderate and disciplined manner in all of the Member's dealings with the Club, its Members, its property, opposition players and competition umpires.

2. Natural Justice
Natural justice shall apply to all aspects regarding alleged breaches of the Code of Conduct. Without limitation, a Member alleged to have breached the Code of Conduct shall be given a copy of this Code of Conduct and shall be given an opportunity to be heard and may have another person make representations on behalf of the Member before a decision is made by the President, the Committee or the Members in General Meeting.

3. Suspended Disqualifications
The President may decide that a Member has breached the Code of Conduct and may impose on the Member a Suspended Disqualification of up to one month's duration to be effective for up to two season's duration.

4. Breach During Suspension
If a Member is subject to a Suspended Disqualification and the President decides that the Member has further breached the Code of Conduct, the President may lift the suspension so that the disqualification takes effect.

5. Appeal Against President's Decision
Within 2 days of a President's decision to impose or lift a Suspended Disqualification being notified to the Member, the Member may notify the President that the Member wishes to appeal the decision to the Committee. Pending a decision of the Committee, the President's decision shall not take effect. The decision of the Committee shall be final and binding.

6. Disqualification
Without limiting the right of the President to impose or lift a Suspended Disqualification, the Committee may decide that a Member has breached the Code of Conduct and may disqualify the Member for up to two season's duration.

7. Appeal Against Committee's Decision
Within 2 days of a Committee's decision to disqualify a Member being notified to the Member, the Member may notify the President that the Member wishes to appeal the decision to the Members in General Meeting. Pending a decision of the Members in General Meeting, the Committee's decision shall not take effect. The decision of the Members in General Meeting shall be final and binding.
